How to use:

• Step into your steamy hot shower and rinse for 5 minutes to soften skin.
• Wet your glow mitt with warm water and squeeze the access
• In a sweeping motion, firmly rub the mitt across your skin (you only need your mitt and water)
• Rinse your skin well, and watch the dead skin drip away
• Rinse your mitt well & hang up to dry
• Moisturise your skin after use to lock in moisture

Tips:

• We recommend using our Monroe Glow Mitt once a week, unless you have sensitive skin - once every two weeks. 
• Be gentle on sensitive areas, and in areas with skin issues i.e. eczema, wounds and sunburns
• Peeling skin is not always evident - but you are still exfoliating.
• Rinse your mitt well and ensure it is dried well
• Recommended to change mitts every 6 months for optimal hygiene
